		TILT RACK is the manufacturer of a new patent pending product whose main purpose is to alleviate the end user from the heavy lifting associated with game and equipment transport. The winch system and tilting capability make it possible for one person to easily and quickly load and haul up to 600 lbs, utilizing a CLASS IV or CLASS V rated tongue with a 1/2 ton capacity vehicle. This versatile product is great for hunters, sportsmen, campers, contractors, municipalities, homeowners and tailgaters…only to mention a few!
	Our racks come in (2) sizes…20” X 60” and 30” X 60”. Made to fit any 2” receiver, TILT RACK is made of 3/16” and 1/4” welded steel. The stainless steel hinging system insures many years of consistent use in all types of outdoor conditions. The latch mechanism is a spring loaded steel pin of heavy duty construction for repeated use. Pins are made of 12L14 steel with a Rockwell hardness of B85. Single shear strength is 42,000 psi. The stanchion for the winch system is made of 2 x 2 x 3/16” steel. The winch w/15’ of line has a gear ratio of 3.1:1 with a 600lb. capacity. All racks are powder coated, not painted.
